Refund policy

The "deposit" of approximately 25% of the total cost of the tour, is fully refundable to the booker if the tour guide does not show on the tour day and time. For any other reasons the "deposit" is non-refundable to the booker, with the following exceptions:

• Political unrest which prevents travel to Thailand
• Health emergencies which prevents booker from making appointment (must provide proof of emergency)
